use-opencode-local-provider: Integrate OpenCode Zen as a local provider into dsh

use-opencode-local-provider is an MIT-licensed dsh plugin that wraps a locally running opencode serve into a dsh provider. It launches an OpenAI-compatible bridge providing chat completions and models endpoints, converting requests into opencode serve sessions. Requests are routed through the opencode client channel, requiring no OpenCode API key and not consuming the public /zen/v1 quota. To install, execute the plugin add command in the profile directory, configure the models to be exposed in `cordon.patch.yml`, and restart dsh. Configurable options include the port and provider.
